One continuous run of walnut.

A narrow entryway needs furniture that earns its footprint. This table gives the room a landing place while keeping the front calm, with three drawers hidden inside a continuous field of walnut grain.

The top, drawer faces, and legs were selected and grain-matched before milling. Rounded forms soften the piece, while the mitered leg joints keep the construction clean. It reads as one piece because the material was considered that way from the start.

The work is in the quiet details.
